ABOUT AUDUBON NAPLES

Audubon offers you estate homes and villas, most of which were built beginning in 1989 through today's new construction. Condos are found in the neighborhood of Montclair. These give you spectacular views of the golf course, natural preserves or lakes. 

Newer homes may be found in the communities of Burnaby, Chancery and Cheshire. Warwick At Audubon is a future planned development site that may accommodate eight larger homes or sixteen smaller single-family homes with lake views.

Fourteen different neighborhoods or subdivisions make up the Naples Audubon community. Currently there is an Audubon Phase I, also known as Club Side at Audubon and an Audubon Phase II, also known as Bay Side at Audubon.

Club Side at Audubon is divided into nine distinct neighborhoods for which the gate entrance is located on US 41. Phase II is divided into seven distinct neighborhoods for which the gate entrance is located on Vanderbilt Drive in Naples.

Bay Side at Audubon is comprised of only 160 lavish estate and single-family homes on 475 acres. Bay Side offers convenience and luxury living in estate homes in this fine country club community, only minutes from 4 of the most premier beaches in the Naples area. Both phases offer views of private nature preserves, lakes and fabulous views of the fairways.

AUDUBON GOLF 

Audubon Country Club is a luxury, debt-free and member-owned golf club with only 350 full equity golf memberships available. This limits the time that golfers need to wait for tee time. The 18-hole par 72 championship course was built in 1989 by golf architect Joe Lee featuring 6,425 yards with a course rating of 71.5 and a course slope of 133. The course was designed around the twenty-eight (28) lakes. The Audubon Golf Scorecard will give you information on the yardage as well as the handicap for each hole.

There are two separate Audubon memberships of which you must choose one when purchasing a residence in Audubon. You can choose from a superb social or golf membership which is also available to non-residents. For the most up to date fees and membership opportunities, please visit our Audubon blog.

Audubon memberships include a food and beverage service charge, capital improvements and all golf services. The social membership entitles your family and guests to make use of all the activities of the Audubon Club, including use of the 35,000 sq. ft. (3,250 sq. meters) Clubhouse. Here you will find an active fitness and social activity schedule as well as a 25-meter swimming pool.

Tennis is also a big part of the Audubon lifestyle, with eight (8) lighted Har-Tru tennis courts that have daily round robins, USTA play and other activities. Instruction takes place by a former ranked ATP top player. Unlimited golf is also part of this type of membership for off-season play between the months of May 1st and November 1st. There is a 50% refund available on this type of membership. 

In addition to golf you will also find championship or tournament level Croquet, as well as lakeside instruction if you are simply interested in learning the game. If you enjoy playing cards, there are three separate Bridge groups that play in the newly redesigned card rooms, as well as book clubs for your reading pleasure.

If you choose to make Audubon Naples your home, you will join a vibrant community of very satisfied residents who participate in an active lifestyle, including voluntary participation in many organizations. Pets in the condos within Audubon are allowed with approval based on size. There are no restrictions in the single-family home communities. 

Rental restrictions vary between the homes and condos. They allow for a minimum lease of 30 to 60 days two or three times per year.

There are mandatory quarterly condo or HOA fees in Audubon Country Club.
