The neighborhood is therefore very close to the outdoor Coconut Point Mall in Estero. Residences were built from 2012-2014 and you will find many distinct floor plans to choose from. Executive homes range in size from 2,058 to 2,946 SF and the larger estate homes range in size from 2,721 to 4,354 SF.
