The Colliers Reserve Golf Club became the first course in the world to receive the Audubon International's "Cooperative Sanctuary Signature" statue in 1995. The club sits along the Cocohatchee River, a very scenic waterway in Naples. The community is only two miles from Naples beaches and four miles to Interstate 75, making it a very desirable location for many. Fifty acres are maintained as a gopher tortoise habitat. Homesites are larger than in most other nearby golf communities. There are several Collier's Reserve memberships available to residents, including a social membership if golf is not of interest to you.
A non-resident, non-refundable golf membership has an initial fee of $40,000 with an optional payment plan, annual dues of $11,200 and monthly fees of $940. This plan gives you unlimited year round golf, tennis, fitness, massage swimming and access to the Boathouse and Colliers Reserve Clubhouse.
A resident and non-resident golf membership is another option for residents or outside residents who want to play golf in this stunning community. The fees are identical to those of a non-resident without a payment plan. The resident and non-resident Colliers Reserve Sports Social membership is for you if you are not interested in year round golf. It entitles you to unlimited golf during the off-season from May 1 through October 31 of each year and limited to six (6) golf rounds from November 1 through April 30 at the member guest rate with an equity golf member. It also entitles you to the use of all other amenities. Initial fee is $40,000 with annual dues of $4,750 and monthly dues of $400 and is available to you on a non-equity basis.
Colliers Reserve Executive Golf membership entitles you to limited golf play from November 1 through April 30 with no play restrictions on weekends. Initial and non-refundable fee is $4,000 with annual dues of $7,500 and monthly fees of $625. It is limited to ten (10) memberships.
The Colliers Reserve Country Club has been designated as an Audubon Signature Cooperative Sanctuary, a recognition for golf courses that enhance wildlife habitats, practice ecologically sound course management and actively participate in conservation programs. Golf members enjoy private equity participation without having to pay green or court fees. Golf carts can be rented for a nominal charge.
There are many amenities and social activities including a magnificent clubhouse that acts as a communal center and focal point, with the Boathouse and Osprey lounge extending a casual and fine dining atmosphere along the river. Residents also enjoy swimming pool, fitness, golf, fishing, canoe park and an active calendar of social events. If you are a tennis aficionado, you will find four Har-Tru tennis courts with tennis programs for all levels of play, as well as group and private lessons.
