ABOUT ESPLANADE NAPLES

Esplanade Naples features over 1,800 acres on which 1,121 single-family homes and condominiums (coach homes) are planned over the coming years. Single-family and coach homes range in size from 1,800 to 3,600 square feet under air. Coach homes have ground floor units with 1,900 square feet while the second floor residences are 2,270 square feet. There are thirteen floor plans available.

The resort-style community is an eco-friendly development that has 1,000 acres of preserves and 170 acres of lakes with native wildlife surrounding the residences. The 18-hole championship golf course, has memberships which are automatically included with the purchase of your single family home. Golf membership is capped, however, there are mechanisms in place that can best manage tee times so that the course is playable for a member at any given time. 

Amenities include a main clubhouse (completed in 2017) with resort-style pool and additional lap pool, open air bar, wellness center, six Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium seating, golf, golf and tennis pro-shops, walking and cycling trails, learning center, social room and events lawn. Many amenities are already in place, including the wellness center, four tennis courts, outdoor restaurant, social activities calendar and more. Some remaining amenities will be completed by 2016.

Esplanade Naples is also ideally located near shopping, dining, hospital, major area businesses and only 20 minutes from the beautiful Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Beach Park or Vanderbilt Beach.

Yearly golf membership dues are approximately $2500 per year with quarterly HOA fees ranging from $765 to $800. All 730 SF homes are sold with the automatic golf membership while approximately 390 coach homes have the same membership extended. All other coach homes receive a social membership.
