Hunters Ridge

Hunters Ridge is a private and gated golf community located off Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs Florida. Hunters Ridge offers you various residential designs including single-family homes, north villas, south villas and coach homes with a condo type of ownership. There are less than 600 homes and condos built on 275 acres surrounded by beautiful preserves. Properties in Hunters Ridge were built beginning in 1988 through 2013. Interiors range in size from 1,186 to 3,000 SF under air. The 6,366 yards championship 18-hole par 72 course was designed by golf architect Gordon Lewis. You are not required to become a golf member but all Hunters Ridge residents are required to have a social membership. ABOUT HUNTERS RIDGE

Residents of Hunters Ridge enjoy views of the golf course, preserves or lakes. What makes this community so attractive is the low density of two homes per acre. Residents also realize the value that Hunters Ridge golf provides. This quiet neighborhood is in a prime location close to I-75 and within minutes to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. Other area conveniences include proximity to Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall, area restaurants and businesses.

Hunters Ridge condos are found throughout the community and include the neighborhoods of Grand Pines, Lynx Pass, and Pheasant Hollow.

HUNTERS RIDGE GOLF

There is an optional golf membership available to you as well as a mandatory social membership at Hunters Ridge. Golf members automatically benefit from the social programs inclusive with the golf membership. The programs and fees of the Hunters Ridge Golf & Country Club vary as detailed below.

If you want to become a golf member, you pay an initiation fee of $25,000 in order to upgrade to golf. Homes with golf or charter memberships attached do not have to pay an upgrade fee. If you want to play golf, you have the option to pay yearly dues that will give you this privilege. If you do not wish to play golf, but your resale home has the golf membership attached to it, you are not required to pay the yearly dues if you are not a golfer. Annual golf and social dues combined at Hunters Ridge are less than $6,000. You can also opt to pay a yearly golf trail fee of $1,500 so that you can have your own private cart. Otherwise you can simply pay a cart fee as you play at less than $20 per person for 18 holes. 

As a golf member in Hunters Ridge you benefit from no green fees and from preferred starting times. There are weekly men's and ladies days events and an annual member guest event. There are three practice greens and a summer reciprocal program. You will find a fully stocked, professionally staffed pro-shop, locker rooms and storage, golf lessons and all social benefits are available to you.

As a social member of Hunters Ridge you can make use of the 10,000 SF clubhouse including a grill room with outdoor dining and a formal dining area. There are lighted tennis courts as well as a croquet court. Residents of Hunters Ridge also enjoy a year round social activities calendar and dining events in the 5,000 SF activities center across the way. Here you also find a 2,500 SF swimming pool with lap lanes and a 2,500 SF sun deck and spa. The fitness room features state-of-the-art equipment and a full calendar of fitness classes is also available. In addition there is a card and game room within the activities center.

There is a food and beverage minimum of $900 per homesite per year.  

Hunters Ridge quarterly HOA fees are assessed for all property owners. Single-family is approximately $330, north villas $1,320, south villas $1,080 and coach homes vary from $1,200 to $1,600.
