ABOUT NAPLES CAY

The first development within the area of Naples Cay began in 1978 with the Sea House. This luxury beachfront condo building has since been remodeled and includes only one residence per floor on six total levels. The remaining development of Naples Cay began during the mid 1980s. The guard-gated Seasons was the most recent development completed in 2002. It is an exquisite Naples beachfront estate condo high-rise , offering one of the lowest densities of all the residence towers within Naples Cay, with only forty-three units on twenty-two stories. It features beach access, picnic, billiards, community pool, spa/hot tub, fitness center, extra storage, guest room, tennis, and community room.

Since development began in the mid 1980s, the first condo units were built at Westshore in 1988, followed by the Club At Naples Cay in 1990. In 1991 Seapoint and Beach House were added to the Naples Cay development. Westshore, The Club At Naples Cay and Seapoint all have eleven (11) levels. Beach House is comprised of fourteen (14) levels.


After the Naples Cay property was acquired a new condo high rise tower was erected in 1996 by the name of Baypoint. A unique feature of this particular building is a private dock that is accessed through the garage with community canoes or private canoes and kayak storage. This tower features eighteen (18) floors and has an entry phone with a guard at the gate. Amenities include BBQ, picnic, beach access, bike storage, billiards, community pool with spa/hottub, fitness center, library, tennis and separate guest room.

1997 witnessed the addition of Villas Raphael with a total of only eleven (11) detached villa units with three (3) levels each and two (2) attached garage spaces. Amenities are the same as for the other Naples Cay developments. Additional amenities of Naples Cay include boardwalk access to the Gulf beaches and the fact that it is in very close proximity to the famous Naples Philharmonic Center For The Arts, the upscale shopping district of Naples Waterside Shops, the Waldorf Astoria Resort & Spa and the beautiful Village on Venetian Bay.

Pet restrictions are in place for each condominium tower. Rental restrictions also vary.
