ABOUT NAPLES PARK

The majority of residences were built during the 1970s and '80s and the neighborhood does not have a sewer storm draining system in place. Therefore, the rainwater runs into open canals and drenches.

Homes in Naples Park offer you an array of single-family homes in a prime location close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and businesses. You will find older as well as brand new single-family homes that range in size from 700 sq. ft. to 6,550 sq. ft. and configurations of 1BR/1BA to 6BR+/8BA. 

Today you continue to see quite a bit of new home construction in the area. New homes have witnessed a resurgence since the market collapse prior to 2010. Naples Park offers you a neighborhood that is free of deed restrictions in a non-gated community. 
 
Currently there are slightly over 3,000 residences including residential land lots in the area. Lots range in size from 0.15 acres to 0.35 acres and most are configured as 50 ft. frontage by 135 to 150 ft. The demographics are made up of local working families, investment properties/rentals and second homes to Northeners and Canadians.

The real estate resurgence has caused home and lot prices to increase. Many foreclosures have sold over the past 24 months and inventory is declining significantly. There is also limited housing stock in short sales. However, the market is expected to continue to gain momentum and there are still excellent buying opportunities in Naples Park homes in 2013.

If you want a home with private swimming pool, you can also find a limited number of pool homes in older as well as newer homes. However, these homes are not as abundant and you will find far more properties without a swimming pool. For those without a pool, there are the nearby beaches of Delnor-Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach and Clam Pass. Others enjoy above-ground pools and some have a large lot in the back that can accommodate a future pool.
 
Homes residing in northern Naples Park close to Immokalee Road or 111th Avenue North are within five minutes to the beautiful Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park beach. Residents further south around 92nd Avenue North are within minutes to renown Vanderbilt Beach off Vanderbilt Beach Road or Vanderbilt Drive. Both beaches are very close, so you can choose which one you prefer. You are also within minutes to the best the Naples area has to offer, including Mercato shops and fine restaurants, hospital, high concentration of Naples businesses, Naples Philharmonic and more. The downtown Fifth Avenue area is within a fifteen minute drive.
