Pelican Landing is also attached to luxury golf community The Colony, a separate enclave and luxury community with properties ranging in price from the low $300s to $4MM with its separate golf course and clubhouse.  Here you will find luxury high-rise condos overlooking the bay and Gulf.  Pelican Landing resides on a total of 2,365 acres that is bordered to the south by Spring Creek and to the west by Estero Bay, which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. PELICAN LANDING GOLF


Pelican Landing is also home to Pelican's Nest Country Club with two 18-hole top notch golf courses with a membership fee of $15,000 and ongoing annual dues of $8,900. The first Pelican's Nest 18-hole golf course was designed by Tom Fazio in 1985 and more holes were added between 1993 and 1998. In 2001 Audubon International recognized the courses with the designation of "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary", a title bestowed to golf courses that encorporate rigorous environmental stewardship. In 2009 and 2010 the Gator  and Hurricane greens and collars were renovated. The Champion Dwarf Bermuda grass courses are located among 138 acres of lakes and beautiful wetlands with 70+ acres of fairways. There are 67 side bunkers and 34 continuous cart paths from tee to green. In 2001 the new 45,000 Clubhouse opened, which was subsequently renovated in 2007 with the addition of the Thirsty Pelican Bar & Grill Room and Terrace with expansive vistas of Spring Creek and the finishing hole of the Gator course. The Clubhouse features private dining rooms and an executive chef.

There are several forms of golf memberships available at Pelican Landing. The summer golf and dining card allows you to enjoy the courses and the club during the off-season from May 1 to October 31 each year.  

The full golf membership gives you unrestricted access to 36 holes and you are only responsible for the golf cart fee. You can book your tee times up to 7 days in advance and can enjoy reciprocal golf in over 60 clubs throughout Lee and Collier counties. Members of your family are included in the full membership and are limited to spouse, significan other and all children living at home under the age of 22. Other family members receive special family rates.

The associate membership gives you access to many of the same benefits at half the full golf membership rate. This membership can be attractive if you do not play golf full time and wish to entertain clients, family or friends. There are associate programs available at $7,000 and $10,000 respectively with operating dues of $4,450 and $6,675 per annum. Social and single-member memberships are also available.
